I don't even know what I used or care. If my daughter has acne, sure, she can wear makeup over it. But no eyeshadow. Eyeliner and mascara are fine though. I say they can start using the aforementioned makeup at 13 or so, the rest around 16 or 17.

It depends. 13 is old enough for mascara. There's no reason for someone under 20 to be wearing primer, foundation, highlighter, contour, bronzer, blush, eyeshadow, eye liner, etc. It’s excessive and looks awful.

Also, so many times whether in person or even in social media, that I've seen a female (many different ages) that is wearing so much make up that they look much older than their real age. Honestly I find this annoying, and if it were older women

I was 16 when I started wearing it. I was never interested it. Even still I dont wear it often. Fourteen's a good age. I cringe seeing young girls who cake on 5lbs of makeup. They're destroying their skin, eyelashes, and they're beautiful without it.
