Legalizing same sex marriage in other counties have increased the security of straight marriages (less divorces). We don't really know why yet however knowing this fact "Would you change from being against same sex marriage?"
Well, it might persuade me to change my mind, if I weren't already perfectly comfortable with "gay marriage," or as I prefer to refer to the larger issue, marriage equality.
I am absolutely for equal rights. Not gay marriage, because I'm not currently for straight marriage. I don't like how we are labeling this, so it sounds so weird, two people love each other, and want to legally commit themselves to each other
And receive the benefits that come with any other union of the same. All of the benefits make perfect sense to allow anyone in a committed relationship.
I just reread this, I am not against gay people or straight people getting married, I am against the labeling of gay marriage, when we don't call it straight marriage now.
That's why I refer to it as marriage equality.
