The cyclone that his Vanuatu yesterday is the second worst ever after the one that hit the Philippines a few years ago. Do you believe all this extreme weather is climate change or because the US legalized gay marriage and that made God mad?

I don't believe in the Christian god but I'm open to the possibility that it could be both answers, you know? Keep your mind open cuz there's really no way of being absolutely certain..

Already set a record for poorly written questions. This is a little overkill now.

Technically 13 states still ban it. 37 out of 50 states does not account for the entire country. And to answer the question I think its neither.

It's not just the SIN of Homosexuality. It also includes fornication, adultery, and the other 9 Commandments that the world has ignored. It will not get better, only worse.

I think douchebag is exclusively a Liberal title.
Fortunately I'm not among the mass groupthink idiocy that perpetuates its failures, by worshiping fraudulent leaders and clinging to false premises and propaganda.

I don't think this is a partisan title.

And I do see that you are not among those. Sadly, it seems that you are among the masses that repeat the Anne couple lines. I'm glad you're able to rise above the fray.

God is pissed that we are ruining his planet.

Well I think its God but not just because he's mad. If you read Revelation you will see that before the end times there will be much more disasters.

You do realize that revelation is just an allegory to Nero's reign right? There is an apocalypse going on, but not that one.

GlockMan1 Alabama

Here's what we do know for certain. Everyone dies. Some younger than others. One can not live in denial of that fact. You can however argue that you will not be held accountable for your SIN. Your eternity may not turn out how you expected it.

Im not sure how Christianity managed to convince people that we are all immortal. I kind of see this as being a more difficult concept to swallow than the god concept. I agree with you about the death part, its innevitable. Immortality though...

I guess so...but in order to have faith in a belief it needs to be at least a somewhat convincing concept. Its not that I disbelieve it, its that it actually doesnt make much sense to me.
Why say you believe if you cant wrap your mind around it?

This is probably from the influence that eastern cults like Eleusis had on early Christianity. Outsiders and initiates could not understand the higher levels until it was revealed to them, like a secret society thing. You believe and climb the ranks.

Having trouble finding "the second worst" what I found points to the worst cyclone in 1970 the second worst in 1839. Of course it's climate change

How about neither? Tropical storms and Hurricanes existed before 'climate change.'

03/14/15 10:09 am

Climate change doesn't create new natural disasters. It makes them more extreme. That's what the poll is trying to point out.

That's right. Didn't we learn something after we caused the ice age? We already killed the dinosaurs.

I'm not denying climate change, I've spent extensive time in the Arctic Circle and seen it first hand. I am tired of every weather anomaly being attributed to it. It seems like a form of extortion bordering on religion.

03/15/15 10:10 am

We existed after dinosaurs

I always find it so funny when people blame the weather on god being mad that we did or didn't do something. (Maybe it's just a southern thing, but I hear it a lot.)

Ebola1 Florida

You hang in the wrong circles. I've lived in the South all my life and I've NEVER heard that said. Do your friends play with serpents also?

Florida isn't the south. It's in the Caribbean.

Apparently the UK also blames him.

I've heard several theories. The tornadoes are said to always miss my city because we have an arsenal and the U.S. Protects Israel so they won't hit a military city.

I've also heard that abortion is why God is mad

Also saw a thread recently from a 19 week pregnant woman who's water broke. Chances are she'll lose her daughter. Yet everyone saying God is good bc her contractions stopped.
He'd be better if her water hadn't broke
