Just found today that March 27 I am having my Pacemaker replaced after 10 yrs.the same Dr. That put mine in is doing it again.

Battery replacement is quick and easy. My best friend had one put in at the age of 29. My mom also had one. Her actual replacement literally took 8 minutes.

My best friends is still going strong. They said probably around the 10 year mark it will have to be replaced.

Don't know as my bottom chamber is being paced 100% of the time,I feel fine.

Looks like it will be an overnight stay as they are adding a 3rd wire this time,as I have Afib they say.

Yes it has 10 yrs.battery life left is about 3 months left.😱😀

I haven't got one, but my father had his replace and neither one was outpatient. He lived to be 90, so keep on trucking buddy..
