Nope. My family's been in the U.S. forever. My mother's side first settled in Massachusetts in the 1690s in Salem. My father's side came to Quebec in the 1790s.

My mom is from Canada. She came here when she was 18. When she was in her early thirties (1980-something), ins knocked on our door and she got in trouble. She then went through the process to become a citizen.
