State Rep. Isaac Latterell (R-SD) is facing criticism after writing a bizarre Op-ed comparing Planned Parenthood to ISIS because of "beheaded fetuses." Despite no such procedure existing in SD, he wants to ban it. Waste of govt. resources or legit?
