People who thought O.'s cheap shot of 47%(Romney wasn't given chance for rebuttal) comment was so great must be the "KNUCKLEHEADS" the FLOTUS wanted to get out and vote!

How about forking over 25 percent of the money that you already paid income tax on. That's really what it is.

They know the difference. It's just a bunch of hot air.

He didn't say he doesn't care about those 47%, he said he could never convince them to vote for him. Big difference. He's telling a room full of big money donors his opponent has a big head start. What would you expect him to say, we got this boys put away your checkbooks? Please.

Obama just talked about how bad Romney was. Romney actually talked about himself. Romney.

Jesus, the question was whose answer was more credible. You saw Romney write off 47% of the population. The words came out of his own mouth. But now somehow his attempt to convince you that he cares about 100% of Americans is credible to you? Dumb.

The misconception of Obama is that he really cares about the little man. Beyond their vote. He spent 4 years playing golf, taking expensive vacations, giving obscene amounts of taxpayer $$ to his friends and ignoring the economy. He cares about one person - Barack Obama.

Give me a break! Obama free market? As he has demonized anyone that makes their own pay check the last 4 years. I would say he is lying but he is so "sincere" he must be delusional.

This was the best question of the night and both candidates were too focused on attacking rather than answering a question. The question was a perfect opportunity that neither capitalized on as good as they should have.

NEITHER answered the question at all, they both went off on a tangent.
Typical political move deflect the question, who wants to critize yourself.

I thought Obama seemed very sincere, maybe even a little hurt by how folks perceive him. The problem is that his policies reinforce that perception. I still won't vote for him, but I appreciated his candor.

I totally agree, but what misconceptions of Obama are costing him points? That he's a socialist? I just don't think "misconception" is as big a problem for the President. Romney has also created alot of his own chaos in that regard!

Romney- answered the question
Obama- told more misrepresentations of Romney.

Nope. Just what I thought.
Why else do all the Fortune 500 companies have offshore bank accounts? Their lobbyist friends created loopholes where they only pay a small tax and reap big profits without the government on a witch hunt for them.
So if you work hard and make millions you want the gov

Everyone is pissed about Romney and his money.
Step in his shoes.
Anyone who is wealthy has smart financial advisers and pay a pretty penny to have them adjust their tax rates to just under 15%.
Not his fault capital gains are legal.
Plus would you really want to fork over 20-25% of your money?

Romney said Obama was trying to make him appear as someone he is not... then Obama proved that Romney was right by continuing to do just that.

Obama did say Romney was a good man, which made him very highly respected, of course Romney, was still in attack mode and totally did not answer the question.

Romney could have capitalized so much more on that last question (perhaps, "I'm not just a rich guy protecting all the other rich guys"). The Lybia questions too, Obama never answered the question and mitt didn't put any pressure for Obama bin Biden to respond.

47% has no traction... Romney isn't even responding to it.

Romney shone on this question. He showed himself as a caring man of faith and conviction, with the experience and ability to turn this country around.
