What kind of guitar? I'm not a rock'n'roll type person but, yknow, if it were a guitar that could be played to, like, Brooks and Dunn or something, then sure. How come most of the people in Oklahoma picked piano? A piano isn't quite as good for playin a country song on :/

I play both. Piano is much harder to learn, therefore is sounds more elegant. But I love the simplicity of the guitar. Both instruments have a way of playing on my heart strings????

Okay, I also heard of Elton John. Now name me ten more pianists in modern day who can get chicks with their piano skills. Cause there's so many guitar players, including just the regular joe playing his acoustic at a party, using guitar for poon.

I'm already a world class bass player; at least in my own mind. I have and still do gig a lot, but if I could have my way I'd quit my day job and become a rock star. My wife doesn't support this idea.

I've tried learning the guitar but my fingers are too short, the piano seems easier to me my sister in law taught me a few songs in a day.

I LOVE my metal and I LOVE playing my guitars!!! Any string instrument really. I also play the cello in my school's orchestra and that is equally fun! My girlfriend is amazing at the piano, however, but I don't have a clue with it. Just whole and half steps between certain notes. Basic stuff.

"You may drive around your town
In a brand new shiny car;
Your face in the wind and your haircut's in,
and your friends think you're bizarre.
You may find a cushy job and I hope
that you'll go far,
but if you really wanna taste some cool success,
You better learn to play guitar!"

I can't play either of them. Would love to learn both but being as I grew up with GNR, Metallica and the likes, I would like to rock out with my 'guitar' out.
