Show of Hands

I'm in a line right now and a stranger insists telling me about her life. Looking away and the fake "oh, aha" isn't working. I'm too civil to say "shut up." I'm tempted to have fun with it and say "My hemorrhoids are bleeding" or similar. Ideas??
