1) In 2012, 54.7% of the world identified as Christian or Muslim. 2) Mental illnesses are deviant and defined as "disorders effecting mood, thinking, and behavior". Therefore if one doesn't believe Yahweh/Jehovah/Allah exist, is it a mental illness?
