Which is a better side with Thanksgiving dinner: cranberry sauce or sweet potatoes?
Ive given both foods a try year after year, but ive never liked either
I hate the traditional Thanksgiving sweet potatoes. I like mine the way God made them with a tiny bit of butter and maybe some cinnamon but not tons of sugar. I make my own cranberry sauce with Splenda.
I love both but I chose cranberry :)
Only cause I loved it more as a kid. But it's close.
Cranberry. I can't stand sweet potatoes.
Same here, I don't go near sweet potatoes or yams.
Yep, yams is the other one I can't eat.
You listed two T-Day standards that I don't eat. I picked cranberry sauce - we do have that because my wife likes it.
I knew someone wouldn't like either one. What's your favorite side during Thanksgiving Zod?
The stuffing! I can never quite eat it all, but we don't have much left over after turkey and stuffing sandwiches the next day. We keep it pretty simple, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, salad, and a bottle of Pinot Noir.
I make the best sweet potato casserole! I can go without the cranberry.
I will find it tomm momma!
Yes recipe please!
You got it. Message me your emails!
Cranberry sauce! On a roll with butter.
Fresh or can?
This is terrible...can. It's just tradition. I've never even had the real thing because every year I insist on the can! I really need to try the real stuff. I love cranberries, after all.
My mom likes the can w chunks and my dad likes the cranberry that comes out looking like the can. You? I'm making fresh cranberry for this years dinner... It's suuuuper easy to make and takes very little time
Lol....I like it to look like the can. Pardon me while I go put myself in a corner. ;)
I like it looking like a can if I'm using canned stuff for sure! I'll join you in the corner and we can enjoy our can shaped cranberry :)
It's okay alynn I grew up, and love, the cranberry sauce from a can that comes out looking like the can. ;)
So glad I'm not alone in this!
mmmmmmmmmm to both. But I chose cranberry.
