Seems like people want net neutrality for the internet yet want music streaming to their cell phones not to effect their minutes. Both would be a bandwidth issues where some get slower service or poor cell tower access. Are both issue similar?
bandwidth and minutes are two completely different things.
And poor reception vs artificially throttled reception are also two entirely different things...
I know. But losing bandwidth from everybody streaming at the same time is problematic.
rons, but that's a tech problem that infrastructure needs to address. punishing people/companies for using the thing they bought/sell seems a bit backward to me.
Hell I'm happy with what I have, there are real problems that need attention.
