Today marks two years since a neighborhood in Indianapolis was rocked by an explosion. The house was rigged with explosives and the owners planned to collect insurance. Do you think there should be harsher penalties for similarly attempted fraud?

Being I have no clue what the penalties levied were, I can't comment if they should be harsher or not.

Harsher than what? I don't know what penalties exist already, so it's hard to make that judgement.
