Do you have and "essential items" other than your phone, wallet, and keys that you bring everywhere and would have trouble functioning without?
Chapstick- if I'm not carrying my purse, I stick a tube in my pocket.
Knife. I could easily function w/o it, but out of habilt I always have it on me...99% of the time its used to open boxes...which is a daily thing for me.
Contact lenses. Sunglasses. And I always have a book with me - for those times in traffic or waiting rooms or what might come up and there's time to read. I guess I could do w/o book but wouldn't want to.
Batteries for my hearing aid and cochlear implant.
Yep. I'll give you one guess....
Your mountain bike?
...or road bike. They generally travel with me. :)
if it's just me, I don't even need these three. but if the kids are along, the game changes.
My Metro SmartTrip card when I'm downtown
Little pouch in my purse that has Hydrocortisone and Benadryl for allergic reactions
Earbuds (if I'm going somewhere alone). Glasses. Emergency Benadryl. I should add sunglasses, but I haven't really gotten into the habit yet.
There are half a dozen other things that are in my bag if I'm going anywhere outside my apartment
complex (small flashlight, measuring tape, electrician's tape, very small knife, chapstick, nail clippers), but they're really not things I can't function without. They're just handy often enough.
And to bring my knitting everywhere except work. But I could live without it.
A bottle of water. I become dehydrated very easily - I seem to need to drink at least twice the recommended amount a day.
I have a feeding tube so I always have my pump and food with me
Is there hope for you to get off of it?
I don't know yet. I've had it since August. They still can't figure out what is causing my vomiting/:
Have you been tested for celiac or Crohn's. I pray that the doctors get wisdom that you can be helped.
I've been tested for both, and they were negative. Thank you
Please keep us informed how you are doing.
Chapstick & my sunglasses.
I never remember to bring Chapstick with me but I always wish I had later on.
Pocket Knife and my tape measure
I typically always have my backpack. It has everything anyone could ever need (almost). I usually leave it in the trunk or bring it with me if we're hiking.
Diaper bag. We can do without but would rather not have too...
My Kindle and my Rondel dagger...kind of.
My glasses and my pocketknife.
I hadn't thought about that, I definitely need my glasses to function. My eyesight is pretty terrible.
I always have to double check my pockets before walking into a school. I carry my pocket knife everywhere.
First thing I do every morning is put on my glasses. Then I get out of bed. I've been carrying a pocket knife since I was 6-7 years old, it's a part of me.
