Do you like to try new things, or would you usually rather just stick with the tried-and-true?

How come everybody says "I like to try new things" and they're all judgmental about everything?

This all depends on what I'm trying.
Drugs? No.
A new place to live. Sure?

With food I usually don't try much new, but with fun kind of thrill/ scary things sure I'll try it, like a rollercoaster or something

I like the 80/20 balance but no less than 90/10. Any organization or person that does not try or invite new things will die. Our bodies keep creating new cells to replace the dying ones. Life is about continuously reviving, replenishing and developing

We are always looking for better ways to do things, new places to visit, new foods to try. People to meet, new cars, clothes etc etc etc. We love to discover new things by nature

Define new - too often we are told something is new, when it is the same ol' same ol'.

Look at the movie industry. what is new at movies?

I kind of say both but I do like experincing new things, it can sometimes give you more hobbies in life though sometimes im not to fond of trying new things and just want to stick to the usual.

Depends what we're talking about. I'm not big on trying new foods, for instance. But, give me a chance to try out a new, adventurous activity, foreign language, foreign culture, or something else along those lines, I'm all in.

My boyfriend and I are opposites when it comes to this, I will ALMOST always try new things.. Him on the other hand.. It's an arm and a leg to get him to.

Depends on what it is or the mood I'm in.

The world is a big and beautiful place. Most of us live and die in the same corner in which we were born and never get to see any of it. I don't want to be most us.

Tried and true? If it ain't broke don't fix it. But if it's not working I move on.

I like tried and true, but in the past year I changed jobs and moved across the country. And a year later, I've never been more miserable in my life.

It depends on what it is, but in general, unless I'm convinced it can't be improved, I'd like to audition a potential better way.

Depends on the situation. With food I like trying new things but most things I tend to stick to what I'm accustomed to.
