Businesses collect vast information about their customers. And consumers have access to lots of information about businesses and the market. When a consumer walks into a store or goes online to buy, who usually has more info. (the upper hand)?

I was in lowes shopping for track lighting. I googled a specific unit and it got five star consumer ratings and it was on sale. Consumers can go Milne and see the reviews of both the products and businesses.
