Based on an episode of Portlandia I'm watching, is "church only parking" religious discrimination?
I don't see how it's any different than 'customer only parking' or stores that don't let you use the bathroom unless you're a customer.
Not if the parking lot belongs to the church.
Is it a public area, like along streets or a public lot? If so, are there other areas designated for other businesses or organizations?
Ha on the episode, I assume it was a private spot, so no, but they made a passing joke about it, so I'm not really sure.
