Neither corrupt re-districting to guarantee victories for certain parties in certain areas is the biggest problem.

This is one of those issues where I actually side with Democrats. Suppression is destroying our nation. I don't care about who is or isn't getting elected because of it, but because so many votes from legal citizens are being denied of their rights.

The 20,000 some votes suppressed in my state would have made much of a difference in our election today, but this violation of rights isn't that far away from Napoleon in animal farm, tyranny in the name of freedom.

McConnell sent a mailer to voters in democrat leaning counties and urged voters to stay home and not vote, in a deceitful add titled "election violation notice" which claimed that it was illegal to vote after being fed "fraudulent information".

Voter fraud is virtually nonexistent in any statistically meaningful way. Meanwhile, groups all over the country, on all sides of all aisles, engage in deceit, trickery, and -yes- even changing laws to suppress voting by people they see as "enemies."

What voter suppression? Fraud is the real and active problem.

Suppression of a illegal vote is a good thing.

There is no vote suppression.

Voting suppression takes a right away from one person. Voter fraud takes rights away from all Americans. So I would have to say fraud, but they are both evil. And must be remedied.

Dead democrats vote by the millions.

And I will believe it when any source other than satire sources like the Onion or Fox finds any evidence that your claim has any merit. They don't vote by the millions, and I am sorry you think that.

Voter suppression. Kinda like when the Republicans had entire counties in Maine have their votes zeroed out because they didn't vote for Romney in the primaries.

The voter suppression that is currently occurring isn't in the US.

Neither. Liberal Democrats are the biggest threat.

Comments and generalizations like this are bigger threats than any democrat.

Voter fraud is by FAR more of a problem and is RAMPANT among the Democrat party. That's why they hate Voter ID, they can't cheat any more.

Voter Fraud is right wing "fear mongering". It doesn't exist in any statistician measure. Oregon does mail in ballots; you have to register and sign your ballot and the signatures are verified, everyone.

All people should vote. But making poor and old Americans, have to purchase Drivers license and wait as the DMV is just enough to make people not vote.

It is just right wing tactics that suppress opponent voters and help their own. That is why try allows Gun license and not college ID. It goes against the values of our democracy and it something conservatives shouldn't stand for

You're right, and requiring ID to drive a car is just too much of a burden for these people so let's do away with that. And showing ID to confirm credit card purchases? Why you right wing racists just hate black people, that's gone too.

It never ceases to amaze me how far Democrats will go and what convoluted logic they'll use to cheat.

You have no clue how the voting process works. There are more than one way to confirm voter identification. Adding addition hoops only has one purpose.

Yes it does, prevent fraud which your side desperately needs to cheat in elections.

And again, using your convoluted logic requiring ID to drive a car or use a credit card is an undue burden on these helpless minorities you think are too stupid to get something so incredibly basic.

Drivers license is for driving, not for voting. Not everyone drives. poor people that don't have cars need a license. Old people don't drive and despite probably voting republican, I support it. It should be easy for Americans to participate.

Thankfully you're fighting a losing battle as state after state are realizing the rampant fraud going on and are adopting voter ID. And then there's this *excellent* undercover work:
