In general, your opinion of online college degrees is . . .
I took about 12 hours worth of online college credit classes while in high school. I learned literally nothing compared to what I have actually learned in person, at college.
Not a great fan of the online classes. When I took calc, the book was great, but my instructor was better. He'd cut concepts to the core and made the text infinitely easier to understand. My Mrs has returned to school and taking online classes. The
instructor has one optional actual class, but only answers questions. No alternate explanation of the core concepts. I find that inherently lazy.
I've taken a few (through my institution) also and thought they were awful. My in-person classes have been so much better.
However, I've done a couple of Open Courseware classes that were great. The professors were much more tech-savvy, it helped!
