Do you think recreational hunting (within the bounds of the law) is an ethical form of entertainment?

It depends. If you use the animal for meat or to serve a purpose, it's fine. Wasting anything, especially a life, is never ok, though.

Recreational hunting? Is this a thing?

I voted "no" because it's not ethical to kill for pleasure. That's sick.

Recreational hunting is the most common kind. Almost all people who hunt have another food source like a grocery store or marketplace.
They only hunt because they want to kill the meat themselves.

Ok, if they eat the meat, I'm ok w it.

If by "recreational hunting" you mean killing animals without using parts of their bodies (food, fur, whatever), just killing for the sale of killing an animal, no, I don't find that ethical.
