I think anyone who has ever had a nasty (it's probably always nasty) case of C-Diff will have heard of it, and would try it in a heartbeat if the Flagyl wasn't working.
Yes I've heard of it. I've done a lot of research on Crohn's Disease and that has come up.
A family member was was diagnosed with crohns. They're diabetic and have had their gall bladder removed. It was suggested to them but they never went through with it.
Yes. As repugnant as it sounds, it's been a lifesaver in some situations. Some frozen-capsule preparations are being used now also, & I would imagine there will be more specific bacterial culture preparations in the future. I think we're just
beginning to explore & understand the complexity of the contributions of gut microflora to our health.
Yeah my cousin did it cause she had low energy, bad skin, occasional tummy issues... She said her skin cleared up and she's doing great. She avoids carbs, gluten, etc now too
