Nay, if you want an educated voter make sure you have an educated citizenry.
I vote yes, even if it will be unfair to republicans. (we are uneducated, after all)
I think it would be equally unfair because many democrats are poor and subsequently can't afford college and the likes.
All I hear from the democrats is how the average democrat is more educated than the average republican.
Stupid people should have representation too.
I know it's probably inhumane and ignorant to say this, but I'd love to see their protest signs and all of the mis spelled words.

Absolutely not. Promote the heck out of (nonpartisan) voter education! But never, *ever* presume to "test" voters to see if they're "educated" enough.
As much as that sounds reasonable even dumbarses deserve to be able to vote.
