When washing your hair (assuming you have hair and do wash it), do you scrub, only using your finger tips on your scalp, or do you scrub your scalp with your fingernails?
My nails are too long for me to scrub with them. It hurts just to tie my shoes cause my nails dig into my hand.
Time to break out the ole nail clippers.
Fingernails? Ugh.. Bloody scalp. Gross
