Civil forfeiture laws allow police officers to seize property or assets if they believe you have obtained them through illegal means- even if you haven't been convicted or charged with a crime. Do you support giving police officers this power?

It's so wrong. The police are criminal liars with practically zero credibility these days.

The amount seized rose from 1.2B in 2011 to 4.7B in 2012. Innocent civilians have been put through years long expensive litigative processes to get their assets back, many other haven't been able to fight back. John Oliver did a great segment on it,
