Do you eat three meals a day?
Some times I'll eat three. Usually two and a snack.
More like one or two, sometimes with snacks.
Three meals, almost never a snack. Unless it's an "intermittent fast" day, when I basically eat 1 meal.

Depends on how you count. Yes, plus snacks, or no, only one, from sunup to bedtime. Take your pick.
I count the snacks as mini meals

Yes during the week but not always on the weekend.
