If we end the war on pot we have a way better chance to keep it away from kids as stores will ID for purchases where as dealers do not care and will sell to anyone, plus they will most likely have worse things like heroin or meth.
I see this as two choices. Either continue what we are doing, where enforcement is more dangerous than the drug itself, or legalize and regulate and let adults choose for themselves.
