Show of Hands

In the aftermath of the NFL/Rice fiasco, if another NFL player was indicted for child abuse, will he now receive the same indefinite suspension that Rice eventually did? (Or maybe he'd get a 2 game suspension, or less? Will he be fine w/o video?)
