So, I am supposed to pick between a fiscally suicidal robot in favor of indefinite detention, or a fiscally suicidal fascist who orders the assassination of American citizens?

So by that you could say that we are fiscally responsible liberals. Six of one, half a dozen of the other.
It's easier to say that we are pro freedom.

In AZ write in votes aren't counted, or I would seriously consider writing him in. I like Johnson better than all others on the ballot, so he gets my vote

I'd rather vote for him but he's not in the race and Johnson is

I don't care who wins as long as they know who I wanted to win, that will make them think twice about policy. Make them recognize there is a constituency they aren't serving.

You would hope that veritas but most conservatives realize it would be one less vote from getting Obama out

The Libertarian is just a more extreme Republican party without religion. Liberal on social issues, conservative on economic issues.

Whoami18- yes, I really believe women can't function during their "lady time."
Yes, that's what I really believe.
Also, I believe all women are terrified of mice, that they prefer to wear high heels, and that their pretty little heads shouldn't get filled up with all kinds of schooling.

No because it would turn out that gary would win all the republican voted vs obama and vs romney he would win the democrats vote

I think the more appropriate term would be democratic socialism...

I'm shocked that Jilly-bean got a single vote. The "Green" Party is little more than communism masquerading as conservationism.

I like Gary Johnson but come on! Why vote for someone that can't win? That's just another vote for Obama! Romney 2012

12% of "Republicans" on Show of Hands voted for Jill Stein in this poll? The same candidate that supports a MAXIMUM wage and a de-structuring of all major corporations? Truly absurd.

I am a registered member of a third-party and clearly the public at large are not knowledgeable on third-parties.

You're so right- why would anyone vote for a women. They can barely function during their "lady time," and they'd be too busy keeping the whitehouse clean to do manly work like running the country.

Isidewith.com shows that the two strongest candidates in America are Obama and Johnson. If more people knew about Johnson he would be the next president!
People will know him if he gets money.
He gets money by capturing 5% of the popular vote!

@bman to say that Gary Johnson is just a tumble weed blowing in the wind is simply not true. Historically, libertarians get >1% of the vote. Johnson is polling at 6%
If he gets 5% of the popular vote he will receive $100M from federal matching in 2016.
This ends the two party system forever!

Im so glad I had no idea what a libertarian was in 2008! I watched Bob Barr do an interview last night and I was insulted! I can't believe the libertarians would nominate him.

The sad part is, the candidates they nominated were some of the most tolerable of the two party's.

I will probably vote for Johnson because he doesn't support any grave moral evils like abortion or torture. And doesn't support unjust aggressive war. My vote will protect my conscience, and hopeful (if other do the same) signal both major parties to stop nominating unacceptable candidates.

Johnston is just a tumbleweed blowing with the wind. Didn't get enough support to win as a Republican? Switch parties. I have supported Libertarian candidates in the past but not this guy.
