The woman's friend from last night that drive herself home happened to hit another car on her way home. She claims that she was drunk and therefore, did not actually decide to drive and hit the other car. Your opinion?

She chose to drink too much. People need to quit blaming their bad decisions on other people.

the SECOND you take a sip of alcohol and still expect to drive you've accepted responsibility for any consequences, regardless of how drunk you end up - because you allowed it to happen instead of simply not drinking.

I didn't say a sip makes you drunk. :-)

I said the second you take that sip you accept the responsibility for any consequences bec you choose to start drinking when you expect to drive as well.
