It is said that diet and exercise play a big role in maintaining health. If you had to choose and both would have the same benefit, would you rather exercise more to be able to indulge or restrict your diet to not have to exercise?

Definitely diet. I love being Paleo, but I hate exercising.

I HATE to exercise! I have tried everything and it is boring torture. I control my weight by controlling intake. Small portions, nothing canned or pre-made.

It really depends. Some days id rather exercise, and some days id rather eat healthy.

I don't like to eat very much food so a diet restriction would be easier for me. Don't like exercising much except for walking, biking, and tennis.

I pretty much starved myself down 20 pounds since I didn't really didn't have too much to do exercise, but I'll turn it the other way around if I find myself doing enough

I did both lost 114 pounds. Exercises a lot more enjoyable than diet. In fact I'm leaving in about seven minutes to do so.

I've been majorly constricting my diet because exercise isn't cutting it. I'm pretty miserable about it.

(The change in diet hasn't done a damn thing about my weight but it is healthier. Although I'm in good health outside of my chronic illnesses.)

You should try swimming for cardio and do deep breathing exercises before every swim. It's one of the few workouts I don't use a preventative inhaler for, but obviously if you need to use one, do.

I do a lot of walking close to a mile every other day its when of the few exercises that don't set off my asthma

I could serve as food tester, save the money to analyze it, just let me taste it. If I like it, it's unhealthy. So I'd rather go to the gym every day than have to eat and drink what I despise.
