It's been awhile since I checked but in Texas it's illegal for a woman to own more then 6 dildos lol I know this is not exactly what you're asking but it fits!

Not sure if it's true or not, but in some places I know they have to be marketed as novelty toys rather than sex toys.

Those are places where it's illegal to sell them and is how business owners get around the law. So far I know it's illegal in all of Alabama and in some city in Georgia where a lawsuit is happening. I can't believe it's still on the books.
