Have you ever had a moment where you are overall fine, but all the little things added up to lead to some kind of breaking point, whether it be anger, tears, etc?

When I was younger in high school and middle school. Now when something upsets me I say it in the moment.

I've had a major Hulk Smash, but I usually get it out when no one's around. I mainly just try to keep it ice cool now.

Anyone who has paid any kind of attention to me here has witnessed me many times in that state.

Oh yes. It's a bad day when that happens.

I try not to let it get to that point. When I realize some little thing is annoying me, fixing that little thing becomes my only mission in life. The other stuff doesn't bother me because I have the focus to completely ignore it.

Yes. It's usually tears but not always. I'm sorry so many here seem to feel that way.

I do this quite often. It's a great stress release.

I'm usually very emotional lately. Husband going underway soon and most likely missing the birth of our first baby, I'm usually a huge hot mess.

Kind if what I've been feeling recently. So many mixed emotions, I want to feel happy, but it's hard to feel that way.

My phone is at 69% battery life. And it just seemed so funny that I realized I was actually flipping out inside.

Yup. It's called 'breakdown day'. I warn my husband when I feel it coming. Sometimes, I can't. But he knows, and lets me be.
