I think TV is getting worse and worse. I really enjoyed "the game of thrones" but it's getting so vulgar and violent I don't like it anymore

It is pretty funny. A little disgusting, but they did a good job making fun of people that don't read the terms and conditions.

IMHO eventually there will be a major ToS lawsuit that will be a game-changer. I heard if the average web user read every ToS they encountered they would spend 2 months of every year just reading ToS. It's physically impossible and therefore invalid.

Wait a minute! I agree with your basic logic, but the math is off. Two months out of the year means 1/6 of your time. Assuming they mean only time you are awake, that's about 2 1/2 hours a day. I don't think so!

I'm only reporting what I heard, but have you ever printed out an Apple ToS? It's several pages of fine print and they release a new one almost every month. For the average reader to read and absorb (not just skim) I would believe it's 2.5 hours/day.

You also have to consider all of the ToS you encounter just visiting a website. They're everywhere now!!

The last episode I watched was the one when he did a segment on the Indian election.

As someone who is fairly well-versed in Indian politics, that entire segment had me laughing hysterically. Comedic gold.
