no. I look at it more as a responsibility to give back to the society that gave so much to me. I came from poverty and this society allowed me to get an education and break the cycle I was born into. I gladly pay my share so others can have the same
chance. Yes there are bad apples content to collect their checks and zone back out to the TV, but there are more little girls like I was who don't have a choice in the mater and need the help. its worth it to me.
Based solely on what I was taught by my Christian family and Spider-Man (with great power comes great responsibility...). As someone who lives comfortably, it's my job to help others.
Because you can. I'm not saying tax the rich 50 times the poor but the progressive tax we have now, with some minor changes and cleaning up of the tax code, is the best case scenario.
