I thought yes, let a hunter be a hunter and the cat can climb a tree to get away, but now I remember that once a cat is up a tree they don't always want to come down and I don't want to have to go in the wolf area to rescue my cat because I can't climb a tree.

I have a cat we also have coyotes in the area....occasionally he brings me a field mouse...it is what he does...it is his instinct.

I am just teasing you. It sounds like they are happy. I am just hinting at the bigger question of wondering if we can be complete without fulfilling our natural roles and purpose? That deep urge or purpose calls us. Maybe we are happy like those cats.

They dominate the couch, flat surfaces, boxes, and laps of the house. They won't die feeling owned because they have never really had a desire to go outside
