A "white neighborhood" opposes the construction of a "soul-food" restaurant near their homes, saying they fear an influx of black people that would harm them by decreasing their property values. The city government agrees and blocks construction.

Sounds like a juxtaposition on the Trader Joes in Oregon. The blacks didn't want no white man's store up in there! They wanted more section 8 housing!
