Would you support schools in your area teaching both English and the most common language in your region behind English?
There is nothing wrong with being fluent in a second language.
I think that doing that would take up To much instructional time.
That would be Ebonics.

They teach classes in English, Spanish, and Portuguese in my area.
That's great. They should do that in more schools.
For high school, I'd support mandatory 4 years of English and 2 mandatory years of either Spanish or French.
