Is there life on Mars?
It's possible they'll find some evidence that there is or has been microbial life, but until it's found I have to answer no. It certainly isn't flourishing like life on earth is.

On Earth, there are bacteria that exist 3 miles below the surface, living on just the minerals of the rock.
Yes, it certainly is possible, I'm just doubtful of there being life on any planet that isn't Europa.

Hard to say. I would guess that there was, at one time (before earth had life). If there was life at one time, then the chance there might still be some increases substantially.
