No. You may make the right decisions and have sound ethics, but we live in a society that isn't so much about merit as it is about demographics.

My husband had a horrible, Lifetime movie of the week, childhood. He's came so far. His siblings made different choices. They're just surviving while my husband is actually living and enjoying life.

That's true because, yes we can make wrong mistakes in life but, how many more times can we make the same mistake before it's the last time we make that mistake.
