Yes, unless you count minor things like speeding, etc.
Mostly. But most of them probably ignore some "tiny little" laws from time to time, like speed limits, or "No U-turn" signs, or solid lines in the middle of a 2-lane highway.
For important ones yes. But I bet a majority break minor offenses all the time such as speeding, jay walking, maybe urinating public or stupid things like that.
Not to the letter of the law, no. Jaywalking is a ticket worthy offense to some cops (my friend got one).
Seeing the we have the most corrupt administration in American history and the American people allow it to remain so I would say dishonesty rules.
