(Serious) If two mixed race individuals with the same exact racial combination (for example, both are half-Asian/half-Black) get married, is that still generally considered an "inter-racial" marriage?

Yes, although the ultimate result of interracial progeny will most likely resemble the average Filipino.

Then every marriage is an interracial marriage. No two people, except relatives, have the same racial makeup.

IMO- I have no idea, but if given an invitation, I would attend their wedding. That is so common in Ca that it catches less attention than shoe laces.
