Show of Hands

My wife's 30th bday is on Jan. 3rd. I have arranged a Vegas trip (quite expensive) for her present. Due to the cost I have been forced to buy fewer xmas presents for her this year. I still want xmas to be special, Do I give the trip at xmas or bday?
