Do you send+receive more than 10 text messages per day?
I send 2 and receive none
I probably send/receive about a hundred texts per day at the least.
In a month, maybe.
I am single and I only text 3 people, but one texts me CONSTANTLY about her boyfriend who is an alcoholic, and he's still drinking, and her lazy daughter, she keeps asking me for advice..drama, drama, drama...
Easiest and fastest way to communicate with my friends, family, and even at work in certain situations. If it's not an emergency or something very personal, I text.
54 years old. ive never texted before
Of course I do. I only text in the evenings and it seems like a lot but its not.
Happy new year
I don't see the point in texting when you can see a person face to face or call or email them, the later 2 I don't do either , and I'm 18. The closest I get to texting is using SoH
in the first 2 weeks that i had my phone i sent and recieved 7,864 txt messages! ????
haha same here
I don't understand my generations fascination with text messaging. How can they not realize that it's inappropriate to text during a conversation or especially during work.
Tons. It started after I made my ring back tone Sonic Youth's "Sugar Kane." Most of my friends are metalheads that don't like Sonic Youth, so they all text me now. On a side note, I'm the king of rollover minutes. ;)
No even though I'm a 14 year old girl. My mom sure does though
I definitely ignore countless texts a day from desperate men..
I'm a teenager in society today. Questions answered.
Modern texting, sure does!
I'll bet it was your ex girlfriend :-(
The rich people are too busy working to text.
Is your best friend your pat? :-)
Does iMessage count?
Does it carry over? Because some days I'll send and receive over 100 texts. Other days, i may receive -14 texts.
What? Unlogical? That's ridiculous...
I'm surprised there isn't more of a gender gap.
Not these days. But I probably check SoH 10 times a day.
I'm single, so no.
I remember in college when text messaging was just released that we would cheat on our tests with it. The professors didnt know about it, good times.
I don't know how that's possible. Do you do anything else?
Not in inches ????
10 is a very small nimber
Pshhhhh! No! I don't have people to text!
Lets's face it: we're a techy crowd!
⚡OMG⚡. I'm 65 and this is my favorite method of communicating. Can't understand what I did before.
Optimism is a very attractive quality!
Between texting and SoH, I'm gettin' totally out o' hand!
Oh hell yeah. My best friend and I have a nearly constant stream of texts going.
I am a typical teen that sends and receives around 200 texts per day ????
More than ten only on the rare occasions I have to work away from home and my wife wants to confirm the miscellaneous details of plans we've made but she knows I won't take calls when I'm on the job so she texts me instead. Very few other people text me when an email would work just as well/better.
I didn't until I got I iPhone. It's more like a chat room, so I tend to send FAR more messages than I used to.
I rarely see my kids' faces since getting phones for them, big mistake! They only text. When I ask them why they don't call someone instead of texting they look at me like I have two heads. They're great tools for grounding though.
Not typically. I have in one day but its very seldom.
The Rich text a lot less. Maybe texting is bad for the economy!!!
Sometimes I'll text my hubby from the next room just to mess with him. ????
This is the best way for my hubby & me to communicate when he's at work. We even sext sometimes. I think it's one of the things that keeps our marriage fresh. (We just celebrated our 17th anniversary.)
Some times I do some days I don't text at all :) Sometimes nobody wants to text me :(
My dad had surgery to remove his vocal cords due to cancer years ago. Text messages are great to communicate with him!
I HAVE, but I usually don't bother. The only person I'd text anyway is my wife but she almost never answers me.
