Would you donate money to pay for the education of other people's children if the government no longer provided the service?

I would consider starting a business that lends money to students for school tho.

Yes. It's not a donation for the education of other people's children; it's what we do together to educate our future citizenry. It was happening here before we were ever a country and I don't want it to stop.

Few parents can provide a full and comprehensive high school education.

That's why we have co-ops. I'm not a whiz at science or advanced math, but two of our moms were. I taught HS English, Poetry, JH Fiction, Speech, Drama, and Music Appreciation, and directed a Homeschool Choir for two years, doing concerts & musicals.

We also had athletic teams. My daughter played homeschool volleyball for 6 years, earning a varsity letter jacket. My son, likewise, played basketball. I assure you, similar coöperative education is going on between homeschoolers all across America.

got her AS degree. My son got an AA in Music Summa cum Laude and is now pursuing a BFA in Acting at a state university. We know of other homeschooled kids who went to West Point and the Naval Academy. And not all their parents had my credentials, or

Even Baccalaureate degrees. With good curricula and help from other parents, anybody can succeed.

Not in the financial state I'm currently in, but when I have the means, I shall!
