I can agree. I sleep when I'm anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or bored. I've gotten much better at not going to sleep immediately after work and through the weekends, but my body still feels exhausted all of the time. Idk how yours is, but I hope
I'm a student athlete so I'm all of those things you mentioned. I'll go 2 weeks waking up early every morning and then when I finally get a day to sleep in ill sleep 14hrs. But no matter what I do I never have enough energy. It's really irritating.
Definitely understandable :( if you're eating right, I would guess it is the stress (or depression if you have it) manifesting itself physically.. Never fun when your body holds you back despite your best intents :(
