I'm not Christian anymore but yes it's normal. If you never questioned anything then I'd think you were deeply indoctrinated or led such an easy life that nothing provoked thought at all.
Doubting is good it keeps you from being a "lazy Christian". For example by sinning and saying "that's ok God will forgive me because I'm a Christian!" And you keep sinning
Recently, i have been doubting a lot of things. Even down to my salvation. Its really starting to bother me. I have always been a firm believer. And i was just wondering if its normal.
Same here. I am a huge over thinker and someone who relies on facts and data most times, so its hard for me. I hate having these doubts. And its too the point now that i just want them to leave.
Wow I'm seriously the exact same way, the thing that keeps me believing is I can see him opening doors for me and answering my prayers and everything. I'm sure you do, just like me, but just for you to know the truth and for the doubts to leave
Yeah. It helps reassure me! But i still have those weird thoughts while im reading the bible like " this doesnt make sense.... Thats not possible... Etc"
Yeah that honestly sometimes happens to me, but I just think its part of gods plan and anything is possible through him. I definitely understand where you are coming from though
Lol I changed my mind, I just want to be a normal teacher now haha. But I'll keep my students in class 5 mins after the bell rings to finish my lesson just to make you happy
