What is your state’s position on marijuana?
Democrats are for legalization and GOP is against it.
Gov wants it legalized. We may vote on it in Nov.
I heard about the bill towards federal descheduling and the expungement of records. Personally I believe that it will pass the House, but will not even be voted on in the Senate because of McConnell. I do think if a vote happened it *could* pass though it would have riders, but McConnell will surely ignore it.
It's legal for recreational and medical use.
Florida. Most people want it to be legal, most legislators don’t. So we vote it in and the legislators drag their heels and put in as many restrictions and stumbling blocks as possible.
Exactly right! Due to my personal medical issues, I can’t take pain meds - so I rely on locally made CBD ointment. And it works well, not perfect, but well.
My doctor offered to refer me to a MJ clinic but so far I have not taken her up on that. We’ll see.
As I have said for nearly 20 years - we have GOT to break the stranglehold the GOP has on our Legislature.
I agree. It’s past time to replace the state legislature.
I used to be for legalizing it. But now the democrats shill it really hard so now I'm suspicious.
