Are you familiar with a social construct that you do not think has influences from biological characteristics?

No, not really. I feel like everything in society is impacted, in some way, by our genetic compositions.

I don’t know if that’s possible. All societal norms are at the very least somewhat influenced by biology as a product of the fact that the norm couldn’t occur if biology didn’t allow it. A social construct is ultimately the product of minds that were ultimately the product of evolution. This doesn’t mean that all societal norms are justified. After all, something being natural isn’t enough of a justification for that thing to be considered right. However, it also means that much of the basis of things like gender theory are fairly unstable.
