Should a photo ID be required to collect money, food stamps, etc. from welfare?

Absolutely. Only citizens should receive tax funded subsidies. Identification proves eligibility.

I was at the grocery store today, in front of me is a black family of 5. Paid for everything with EBT. I'm in my 85 Toyota pickup and pay for my stuff. They go out and get in a NEW Tahoe. Abusing the system much?

He could have purchased that Tahoe before getting laid off or family let him use it. You don't know so don't assume.

A dealer tag means it belongs to the dealer not him.

Could be he works for the dealer, who knows? It's wrong to make assumptions.
