Part 1: Abortions, condoms, vasectomies...these things all cost money. So, I propose the Safe Sex Tax Credit. If you spend money to have safe sex, you can save x dollars on your federal income tax bill. Support?
Plus, there is no way to enforce/reward it. Do I turn in my condom receipts at the end of the year? What if I don't actually use them? Do you have to record the act in order to prove that you were safe? What about people who can't have kids? Sterile men and women who have had hysterectomies?
Yes, it could cut down on the cost of health care, help people who don't want a baby to not have one, and help curb the inevitable suffering that will and is occurring because of a huge population.
